Project Goals
The project aimed to build a modern and unified digital presence for Taibah University, fully aligned with the university’s new brand identity. This included adopting and applying Saudi Arabia’s official Platforms Code Design System across the entire digital interface and components. A key objective was to establish a centralized Drupal multisite ecosystem that seamlessly connects more than 180 colleges, centers, deanships, and university units under one governance framework. The initiative focused on delivering a smooth and secure content and data migration from the legacy platform while enabling a unified single sign-on experience across all user portals.
Solution Delivered
Sprintive designed and built a fully integrated, scalable Drupal ecosystem for Taibah University, including:
- Full implementation of the new brand identity
- Simultaneous launch of the new portal and brand announcement
- Adoption of the Saudi unified digital design system (Platforms code), applied to interface, structure, and components
- Development of 180+ subsites connected and managed under one Drupal platform
- Centralized sign-in system for all users
- Data migration from the old website to the new digital platform
- Integration of Musaed accessibility tool, providing equal digital access for all users
- Modern, responsive user experience optimized for students, faculty, and administrators
